Privacy
This notice explains how Xyntra handles information submitted through the business website and how that differs from product-specific data practices.
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and, if you choose to provide it, your company or organization. Xyntra uses this information to respond to product, workflow, and business inquiries.
Xyntra uses SendGrid to transmit contact-form email. Messages are delivered to Xyntra's business email system and may be forwarded internally to the appropriate Xyntra mailbox so the right person can respond.
Xyntra does not sell contact-form submissions. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for communication, recordkeeping, security, and legitimate business purposes.
The business website does not use behavioral advertising, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. Ask Xyntra uses a random identifier stored only for the browser session to measure anonymous product-advisor usage and funnel reliability. It is not linked to contact information or reused across devices.
Questions sent through Ask Xyntra are processed by Xyntra's configured AI provider to generate a source-grounded response. Xyntra intentionally stores structured operational events, such as which discovery step was reached, recommendation category, latency, and safe failure classification. Full questions, answers, and transcripts are not stored for analytics. Conversations are not saved in local storage or a transcript database. Do not submit patient, confidential, or sensitive information.
Application-controlled detailed advisor events and provider diagnostics are retained for up to 90 days. Exported daily and knowledge-gap aggregates may be retained for up to 12 months. Microsoft Azure may retain platform telemetry under its configured service settings. Xyntra does not sell advisor data or use it for advertising.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing contact@xyntrasolutions.com. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations.
Corvara and future separately hosted products may have their own privacy terms and product-specific data practices. Xyntra's privacy-conscious and local-first philosophy is a product-design principle, not a claim that all processing is local or that Xyntra holds a particular regulatory certification.
